These terms govern your use of foxadi.com ("Foxadi", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Foxadi.

1. What Foxadi is

Foxadi is a platform that helps startup founders and contributors find each other, ranked by shared skills. We surface potential matches; what happens after that — applying, messaging, agreeing to work together, and on what terms — is between the two of you.

2. What Foxadi is not

This is the most important section. By using Foxadi, you understand and agree that:

• Foxadi is not an employer, staffing agency, or party to any working arrangement formed between users
• Foxadi does not verify users' claimed skills, identities, or the legitimacy of posted projects
• Foxadi does not process payments, hold funds, or facilitate equity agreements — any compensation (paid, equity, or unpaid) is arranged and executed entirely outside Foxadi, directly between the parties
• Foxadi does not mediate disputes between users and is not responsible for the outcome of any arrangement made through the platform

Use good judgment before working with someone you met here, the same way you would with anyone you meet online.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use Foxadi. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent project listings or profile information
• Harass, spam, or impersonate other users
• Use Foxadi for anything illegal, or to circumvent the platform to solicit users for unrelated services
• Scrape, systematically extract, or bulk-download data from the platform
• Attempt to access another user's account or interfere with the platform's normal operation

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your content

You own what you post — your profile, project listings, applications, and messages. By posting it, you grant Foxadi a license to store and display it as needed to operate the service. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to post what you post, and that it's accurate.

6. Termination

You can stop using Foxadi at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to the platform or other users.

7. Disclaimers

Foxadi is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular match, application, or outcome will occur.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foxadi and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, or from any arrangement you enter into with another user.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence if you are a consumer based in the European Union. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
